Strike Force

Strike Force is a vertical scrolling arcade game that belongs to the genre of space killers and is a direct descendant of the classic released by Capcom for arcade machines in 1984, the legendary '1942'. On this occasion, we will also find hybridizations with another of the historical titles in the world of arcade games: 'Space Invaders'. Thus, in this fusion of iconic games from the history of arcade games, we will find a title in which players, controlling a war plane, will have to eliminate different enemy formations, using a hyper-developed weapons technology.

The premise of Strike Force is what we can expect: we are on an interplanetary mission and we must eliminate hostile navigators from other planets while, in parallel, we collect the money they leave behind when eliminated and upgrade our weapons. The gameplay is also very simple: the alien enemies will be located at the top of the screen and will be placed in different forms of attack that we must break with a clean shot. Each time we kill a group of invaders, they will leave a trail of money that we must collect. Throughout the ascent, different special weapons will also appear on the screen, each with its own particularity, which will help us to eliminate more enemy units at a stroke.

To move our spaceship we will only have to slide our finger across the screen. The ship will always be firing automatically, so we will only have to worry about aiming at enemies while dodging their shots, and collecting boosts for our weapons.

Strike Force is a frenetic and fun re-adaptation of the great SHMUPs of history, with an outstanding graphics, which will make us have a good time killing alien enemies.
